- Experience leading and developing Customer Success Managers in a SaaS environment
- Understanding of the enterprise customer lifecycle
- Experience scaling enterprise customer use cases
- Operational mindset with experience implementing and improving team processes
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Deep understanding of B2B customer needs
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of CSMs who serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-onboarding
- Uplevel team performance through 1:1 coaching, skill development, and operational rigor
- Drive process optimization across the customer journey
- Advocate for the CSM team cross-functionally across Product, Support, Sales, RevOps, and Contract Management
- Balance building scalable process with delivering bespoke experiences for complex customers
- Evolve strategies for delivering high-quality outcomes for Enterprise customers
