Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in a solutions engineering or similar technical role.
- Working proficiency in a modern backend language (Go, Python, Java, or Node preferred).
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgres).
- Proficiency in designing and deploying solutions in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience managing Kubernetes clusters.
- Experience integrating against APIs, including handling streams and pagination.
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of conducting training sessions and demos for diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Secure the technical win in deals by demonstrating product alignment with prospect requirements.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to document customer technical requirements, SLOs, and architecture.
- Design and conduct live permissions schema design sessions and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Lead virtual and in-person demos and deep-dive technical sessions.
- Identify and communicate product gaps to the engineering and product teams.
- Create, improve, and maintain dynamic customer demos.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure customer success.
