- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR / People Operations.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role, ideally within global organizations.
- Deep knowledge of HR operations, shared services, and global processes.
- Proven experience leading large-scale HR technology and HRIS implementations.
- Strong ability to drive business process re-engineering and change management.
- Strong data and analytics orientation.
- Experience building, scaling, and managing global, remote HR teams in distributed environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a global team of HR Generalists.
- Partner with regional leadership and People teams for consistent service delivery.
- Architect and manage global HR technology roadmap and HRIS implementations.
- Define Human-Centered AI policy and FTA standards for the People function.
- Oversee strategic development and management of total rewards programs.
- Build and scale a world-class HR shared services model.
