Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated ability to provide detailed bookkeeping and accounting support.
  • QuickBooks Online Certification.
  • 3+ years of experience using QuickBooks for/in a professional organization.
  • Familiar with Outlook and Office 365 Online Suite.
  • Ability to communicate powerfully, clearly, and professionally.
  • Capacity and commitment to work 40 hours per week.
  • Dedicated office space with reliable, high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional bookkeeping services via QuickBooks Online.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Manage bookkeeping and accounting journal entries.
  • Maintain the chart of accounts.
  • Create company financial statements for analysis and tax preparation.
  • Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts.
  • Process payroll according to client needs.
  • Support client onboarding in accordance with defined processes.
