Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated ability to provide detailed bookkeeping and accounting support.
- QuickBooks Online Certification.
- 3+ years of experience using QuickBooks for/in a professional organization.
- Familiar with Outlook and Office 365 Online Suite.
- Ability to communicate powerfully, clearly, and professionally.
- Capacity and commitment to work 40 hours per week.
- Dedicated office space with reliable, high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional bookkeeping services via QuickBooks Online.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Manage bookkeeping and accounting journal entries.
- Maintain the chart of accounts.
- Create company financial statements for analysis and tax preparation.
- Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts.
- Process payroll according to client needs.
- Support client onboarding in accordance with defined processes.
