Requirements

  • Direct experience in property management operations.
  • Understanding of property management accounting, trust accounts, and rent cycles.
  • Familiarity with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, RentManager).
  • Experience with SaaS onboarding or customer success.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet management and data migration.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle simultaneous projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with eSign platforms (e.g., DocuSign) and payment processing (e.g., Stripe).
  • Experience with AI tools in a professional setting.
  • Must maintain a noise-canceling headset, high-speed primary internet (15 Mbps), and a stable backup connection (10 Mbps).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake calls to understand subscriber portfolios and migration needs.
  • Assess data sources and manage complex data migrations from existing software.
  • Configure Admin Backend settings, including billing, fees, and merchant accounts.
  • Import tenant ledger history and verify opening balances.
  • Coordinate PCI compliance eSignature processes.
  • Conduct go-live walkthroughs for staff and tenants.
  • Monitor accounts for 30 days post-launch to ensure subscriber success.
  • Document onboarding issues and report platform gaps to leadership.
