Requirements
- Previous experience in HR, Engagement, Events or Coordination role.
- Proven experience coordinating events, programs or initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working with senior leaders and facilitating group sessions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively.
- Understanding of employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition and inclusion principles.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end employee experience initiatives across the organisation.
- Own and manage people experience programs and calendars.
- Deliver employee engagement programs and communications.
- Chair and manage the Fun Committee.
- Manage event planning and execution for internal engagement events.
- Administer the blueSTAR recognition and incentives program.
- Support onboarding and induction experiences.
- Champion wellbeing, inclusion and connection initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align engagement activities.
- Monitor participation, feedback and engagement metrics.
