Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR, Engagement, Events or Coordination role.
  • Proven experience coordinating events, programs or initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence working with senior leaders and facilitating group sessions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively.
  • Understanding of employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition and inclusion principles.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end employee experience initiatives across the organisation.
  • Own and manage people experience programs and calendars.
  • Deliver employee engagement programs and communications.
  • Chair and manage the Fun Committee.
  • Manage event planning and execution for internal engagement events.
  • Administer the blueSTAR recognition and incentives program.
  • Support onboarding and induction experiences.
  • Champion wellbeing, inclusion and connection initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align engagement activities.
  • Monitor participation, feedback and engagement metrics.
