Requirements
- Master of Nursing (MN NP Program).
- Active license/registration with CNNB/OPNIB in good standing.
- Minimum 1-3 years of clinical practice experience as an NP.
- Experience in primary care or urgent care preferred.
- Proficiency in English required; bilingual (English/French) strongly encouraged.
- Strong diagnostic reasoning and assessment skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Private, secure workspace.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and manage urgent health concerns.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and initiate referrals.
- Prescribe medications and treatments according to guidelines.
- Provide follow-up care for unattached patients.
- Document clinical encounters in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with medical advisors and multidisciplinary NP team.
- Resolve basic technical issues with virtual care platforms.
