Requirements
- Clinical background as an RN or NP
- At least 5 years of acute or LTPAC clinical experience
- Clinical degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proof of clinical license verification
- Familiarity with AI terminology (LLM, NLP, hallucinations)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Data labeling experience preferred
- Clinical software application experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Label clinical notes for AI model training (approx. 95% of role)
- Provide clinical feedback and recommendations using nursing knowledge of Senior Living/SNF EMR
- Provide clinical expertise to the labeling team
- Align with labeling rules and propose improvements
- Participate in quality reviews of AI products
- Complete required security, clinical, and HR training
