Requirements
- Proven experience shipping LLM-backed systems in production.
- Experience with agents, RAG/retrieval systems, and eval harnesses.
- Strong proficiency in Postgres schema design and performance tuning.
- Experience with Supabase (Auth, RLS, migrations).
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration, queues, and async processing.
- Ability to work with background services like Render.
- Experience with full-stack development (TypeScript, React, Next.js).
- Active use of AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
- Systems thinking for auth, cost, data integrity, and CI/CD.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship LLM-powered product workflows using retrieval, structured outputs, and tool calling.
- Build search, matching, and recommendation systems for large vendor datasets.
- Develop multi-step backend pipelines for ingestion, enrichment, and workflow automation.
- Ship production-grade full-stack features using Next.js.
- Implement multi-tenant permissions and RBAC systems.
- Create observability and evaluation systems for AI reliability, quality, and cost.
- Establish internal engineering patterns to improve AI-assisted development.
