Requirements

- At least ten years of experience in Investor Relations, Investment Analysis, Finance, Accounting, or Investment Banking.
- Advanced degree or professional certifications (JD, MBA, CPA, CFA) strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company’s long-term business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial media.
- Draft investor communications, including press releases, talking points, scripts, and presentations.
- Monitor peer performance, industry trends, and investor sentiment to provide insights to leadership.
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of the company’s corporate responsibility program.
- Advise executive leadership and the Board on emerging ESG trends, risks, and regulatory developments.
