- Strong knowledge of equity markets, analyst models, and valuation methodologies.
- Knowledge of proxy and ESG processes.
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong skills and understanding of financial statements.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of the earnings preparation process, including earnings release and script drafting.
- Lead the data support and validation process for the IR team’s earnings materials.
- Prepare timely reports for senior leadership, including stock performance and peer benchmarking.
- Support the company’s annual meeting and proxy process, including ESG topics.
- Design, maintain and enhance investor relations collateral and presentations.
- Plan and execute investor conferences, small-group meetings, and roadshows.
- Monitor analyst coverage and estimates for the company, peers, and competitors.
- Help maintain and manage the IR section of the corporate website.
- Conduct ad hoc projects and analysis including strategic finance initiatives.
