Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, ideally within ITIL service management environments.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams in complex IT or infrastructure environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-pressure operational settings.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and process discipline.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities, including executive-level interaction.
- Experience with CAB processes, release coordination, or IT service governance is highly desirable.
- Ability to coach, influence, and build consensus across diverse teams and organizational levels.
- High sense of accountability, urgency, and commitment to operational excellence.
- Certifications in ITIL or change management frameworks are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of change management strategies aligned with organizational and operational goals.
- Oversee end-to-end change processes, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and implementation of infrastructure and service changes.
- Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities, including prioritization, review, approval, and governance of change requests.
- Manage change calendars, ensuring all planned deployments are properly coordinated, communicated, and executed with minimal disruption.
- Monitor performance through KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, and operational reporting, ensuring adherence to agreed service standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with change implementation and service delivery.
- Lead post-change reviews, document outcomes, and communicate findings and improvement actions to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including audit teams, to ensure compliance with ITIL standards and organizational policies.
- Coach and support teams and leadership stakeholders on effective change sponsorship and adoption practices.
- Drive continuous improvement of change management processes, tools, and governance frameworks.
