- Demonstrated experience in public company financial reporting and planning.
- Proven ability to manage Long-Range Planning processes.
- Expertise in enterprise planning platforms like Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive.
- Experience developing investor relations and board-level materials.
- Strong leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Genuine interest and willingness to adopt AI tools in finance workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Drive the Long-Range Planning process and annual operating plan.
- Manage monthly management reporting cycles and executive variance analysis.
- Own production of board packs and investor relations materials.
- Coordinate dual-listing reporting for Nasdaq and ASX.
- Manage and configure the Pigment enterprise planning platform.
- Lead and develop the Corporate Finance team.
- Partner with executive leadership on financial decision-making.
