Requirements
- Must reside and be authorized to work in the United States.
- 2+ years of working and/or selling in a virtual environment.
- 2+ years of sales and networking experience (outbound sales preferred).
- Experience selling for services is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRMs, sales tools, and online databases.
- Experience with virtual technology like Calendly, Slack, Zoom, Monday.com, DocuSign, Dropbox, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of sales tactics and buyer psychology.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of VaVa’s services, ideal client profile, target industries, and buyer personas.
- Proactively source, identify, and qualify prospective clients through inbound and outbound outreach.
- Research prospective clients’ business needs and operational gaps.
- Manage the early-stage sales process, including discovery calls and needs assessments.
- Prepare customized proposals, scopes of work, and pricing recommendations.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and address objections throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with the Core Team to set accurate expectations prior to closing.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales performance metrics.
- Support the development of sales processes, templates, and playbooks.
