Requirements

  • 5+ years in technology sales, including 2+ in cybersecurity, risk, or compliance
  • Demonstrated success in consultative, complex sales cycles
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (CMMC, NIST, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound efforts to identify and close net-new business
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of midmarket clients
  • Conduct strategic outreach to key decision-makers in regulated industries
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs
  • Position RSI Security’s cybersecurity services as tailored, value-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and solution architects during the sales cycle
  • Own the full sales process—from first contact to signed agreement
  • Keep CRM and pipeline data updated and accurate
  • Stay current on security trends and compliance developments
