Requirements
- 5+ years in technology sales, including 2+ in cybersecurity, risk, or compliance
- Demonstrated success in consultative, complex sales cycles
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (CMMC, NIST, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound efforts to identify and close net-new business
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of midmarket clients
- Conduct strategic outreach to key decision-makers in regulated industries
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs
- Position RSI Security’s cybersecurity services as tailored, value-driven solutions
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and solution architects during the sales cycle
- Own the full sales process—from first contact to signed agreement
- Keep CRM and pipeline data updated and accurate
- Stay current on security trends and compliance developments
