Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4+ years of experience in training development or instructional design.
- 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology systems (SaaS, CRM).
- 1+ year of experience facilitating trainings, workshops, or user groups.
- 1+ year of experience creating end-user documentation (SOPs, guides, FAQs).
- 1+ year of experience in Agile environments.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal public trust clearance.
- Must have lived in the US 3 full years out of the last 5 years.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and knowledge content.
- Support the Communications and Education Plan for enterprise Salesforce.
- Coordinate and facilitate user group forums and meetings.
- Translate technical system changes into user-facing documentation.
- Identify training needs based on user feedback and help desk trends.
- Ensure all materials are Section 508 compliant and accessible.
- Support release communications for new Salesforce capabilities.
