Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Approximately 5+ years of experience in training, sales enablement, program management, or related roles
- Strong ability to design programs, frameworks, and structured learning processes from the ground up
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with confidence presenting to both small and large groups
- Ability to simplify complex or technical information into clear, structured learning content
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience collaborating across diverse teams and aligning different perspectives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Self-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Build structured onboarding programs tailored to different sales roles and organizational needs
- Develop role-based learning frameworks that define what training is needed, when, and how it should be delivered
- Translate technical, operational, and product knowledge into clear, accessible training materials
- Create repeatable tools, templates, and processes to standardize training development and delivery
- Manage a centralized training roadmap aligned with evolving business priorities
- Establish and maintain an intake process for new training requests and prioritize learning initiatives effectively
- Identify gaps in onboarding and training coverage and propose practical, scalable improvements
- Partner with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between training and business objectives
- Facilitate training and onboarding sessions for diverse audiences, as needed
