Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience
Approximately 5+ years of experience in training, sales enablement, program management, or related roles
Strong ability to design programs, frameworks, and structured learning processes from the ground up
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with confidence presenting to both small and large groups
Ability to simplify complex or technical information into clear, structured learning content
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience collaborating across diverse teams and aligning different perspectives
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Self-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement

Build structured onboarding programs tailored to different sales roles and organizational needs
Develop role-based learning frameworks that define what training is needed, when, and how it should be delivered
Translate technical, operational, and product knowledge into clear, accessible training materials
Create repeatable tools, templates, and processes to standardize training development and delivery
Manage a centralized training roadmap aligned with evolving business priorities
Establish and maintain an intake process for new training requests and prioritize learning initiatives effectively
Identify gaps in onboarding and training coverage and propose practical, scalable improvements
Partner with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between training and business objectives
Facilitate training and onboarding sessions for diverse audiences, as needed
