Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Hands-on experience with Account Engagement (Pardot).
  • Experience executing digital campaigns across platforms like 6sense, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, scoring, and funnel metrics.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools like GA4 and BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Zuar).
  • Ability to manage and connect data across multiple systems.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
  • Process-oriented mindset focused on scalability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Execute campaigns in Account Engagement (Pardot) including email, nurtures, and segmentation.
  • Build and QA assets such as emails, landing pages, and forms.
  • Evolve lead scoring models within Account Engagement and Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain marketing reporting using Salesforce, GA4, and BI tools.
  • Ensure accurate data flow across CRM, automation, and ad platforms.
  • Operationalize AI-driven workflows using tools like Greenlight, ChatGPT, and Claude.
  • Maintain data quality and documentation for messaging, personas, and content libraries.
