Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or marketing automation.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Hands-on experience with Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Experience executing digital campaigns across platforms like 6sense, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, scoring, and funnel metrics.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools like GA4 and BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Zuar).
- Ability to manage and connect data across multiple systems.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
- Process-oriented mindset focused on scalability and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Execute campaigns in Account Engagement (Pardot) including email, nurtures, and segmentation.
- Build and QA assets such as emails, landing pages, and forms.
- Evolve lead scoring models within Account Engagement and Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain marketing reporting using Salesforce, GA4, and BI tools.
- Ensure accurate data flow across CRM, automation, and ad platforms.
- Operationalize AI-driven workflows using tools like Greenlight, ChatGPT, and Claude.
- Maintain data quality and documentation for messaging, personas, and content libraries.
