Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in SAP data migration roles for greenfield or brownfield projects.
- Expertise on data migration methodology (mock cycles, validation approach, etc.).
- Proven experience with data migration tools including LTMC, DMC, BODS, and Syniti tools (Syniti ADMM/SKP, Reporting hub, Migrate & Construct).
- Experience with legacy SAP data tools like LSMW, MASS, etc.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and data structures (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC).
- Extensive knowledge on SAP Data model (Materials, Business Partners, BOMs, Routings, etc.).
- Knowledge on configurable materials and associated data objects including material classes and characteristics.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP implementation strategies.
- Configure data migration tools including Syniti ADMM and BODS for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data mapping and migration requirements, scope, and timelines.
- Develop and implement data migration plans, including data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation processes.
- Conduct data profiling and analysis to assess data quality and identify issues prior to migration.
- Coordinate with technical teams to design and optimize data migration processes and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards throughout the migration process.
