Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Computer Engineering, CIS, or related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Software Developer, or in data engineering/ETL.
- 5 years managing high-performing data delivery or engineering teams.
- 5 years architecting/scaling complex data pipelines and data warehouse solutions.
- 5 years working with relational and non-relational databases (advanced SQL).
- 5 years implementing version control (Git) in Linux environments and CI/CD pipelines.
- 5 years designing, validating, and governing business KPIs.
- 5 years designing automation for pipeline reliability and monitoring.
- 5 years collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 5 years operating within cloud-based data ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- 5 years using ETL/ELT frameworks and orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt, Prefect).
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of ETL engineers and data delivery specialists.
- Oversee workload management, performance reviews, and career development.
- Guide the design and delivery of scalable, automated ETL processes.
- Oversee integration of data into the enterprise data warehouse.
- Implement monitoring and validation to ensure high data quality.
- Collaborate with business leaders to define and prioritize key metrics.
- Validate KPI outputs with BI and analytics teams.
- Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams like Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
- Drive continuous improvement for cost efficiency and delivery speed.
