Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible professional experience in data engineering/management.
- 3+ years of supervisory or technical team leadership experience.
- 3+ years of experience designing and managing complex data projects.
- 3+ years of experience with data integration, ETL processes, database design, and pipelines.
- 1+ years of experience in early childhood education or Head Start programs.
- US government issued security clearance.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR check.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of data management and data engineering projects.
- Supervise and provide technical direction to data-focused staff.
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, integrations, and automation processes.
- Support integration of federal systems like HSES, AMS, GrantSolutions, and TTA Hub.
- Maintain workflow and task tracking solutions such as Smartsheet.
- Implement data quality assurance, validation, and governance practices.
- Lead development of data products, dashboards, and automated outputs.
- Analyze data workflows to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
