Requirements

- At least 5 years in sales
- Formal credit training program or experience in reading financial statements
- Expert knowledge of commercial lending credit, underwriting and loan structuring
- Expert analytical skills
- Advanced negotiation and communication skills
- Experience with calling strategy to prospect clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Develop new, profitable builder finance relationships and prospect for new customers.
- Orchestrate team approach to approving and closing new deals.
- Monitor credit quality of portfolio and analyze financial information.
- Collaborate with credit team and counsel to manage onboarding and loan booking.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions.
- Mentor and assist less experienced team members.
