Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage customer requests and account inquiries
  • Ensure customer requests are handled quickly and correctly
  • Support customers in setting up connections between source code management platforms
  • Guide leads through the service offering via email and website chat
  • Inspect provided information and draft reports
  • Draft legal language and prepare agreements to fit client requirements
