Responsibilities
- Receive and manage customer requests and account inquiries
- Ensure customer requests are handled quickly and correctly
- Support customers in setting up connections between source code management platforms
- Guide leads through the service offering via email and website chat
- Inspect provided information and draft reports
- Draft legal language and prepare agreements to fit client requirements
