Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, inside sales, SDR/BDR, customer success, or a related client-facing role within software or IT services.
- Strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort engaging a variety of stakeholder levels alongside senior sellers.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales productivity tools (Salesforce preferred).
Responsibilities
- Support Client Account Executives (CAEs) across the sales cycle for assigned accounts and opportunities, contributing to prospecting, qualification, discovery preparation, and deal coordination.
- Assist with pipeline development through outbound outreach, account research and partner collaborations.
- Participate in discovery calls, proposal development, and customer presentations for mid-market and enterprise opportunities led by CAEs.
- Learn to position Syniti’s portfolio of software, services, and support by aligning solutions to customer needs in collaboration with senior sales leaders.
- Participate in territory reviews, pipeline calls, and deal strategy sessions with sales leadership as part of ongoing development.
- Build industry, market, and product knowledge to understand Syniti’s value proposition and competitive landscape.
- Travel occasionally for customer meetings, training, and internal events as part of onboarding and professional development.
