- 5+ years of HVAC/Plumbing Dispatching experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Adaptability to evolving circumstances
- Ability to remain calm and composed in customer interactions
- Comprehensive understanding of installation facets
Responsibilities
- Address customer complaints and service-related issues promptly
- Schedule and coordinate service calls including plumbing, flooring, and wall repairs
- Manage schedules of 10+ Service Technicians across the nation
- Create work orders for materials and completed work
- Maintain communication with Senior Services Manager, Senior Production Manager and Technicians
- Update data and notes in scheduling software
- Upload service tickets and photos into Salesforce
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors
- Take escalated customer calls
