Requirements

  • Previous experience in CRM management, lead coordination, appointment setting, or backend operations.
  • Strong experience using Follow Up Boss (FUB) or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience building automations with ManyChat, Meta, TikTok, or similar systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify priorities.
  • Experience managing calendars, scheduling, and administrative workflows.
  • Strong written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Experience using Canva for campaign visuals and content support.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, organize, and maintain leads inside Follow Up Boss (FUB) CRM using tags, smart lists, stages, and action plans.
  • Segment leads strategically into categories such as Sellers, Buyers, Expireds, Social Media Leads, and Past Clients.
  • Audit and clean existing CRM records to ensure accurate lead tracking.
  • Build and manage automated follow-up systems across ManyChat, Meta, TikTok, and Follow Up Boss.
  • Write and schedule bilingual nurturing emails and follow-up messages.
  • Confirm appointments and proactively follow up with leads.
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointment coordination for leadership.
  • Refresh visuals and assets for nurturing campaigns using Canva.
