Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of digital marketing experience
  • Familiarity with paid search or paid social platforms
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Assist in building and maintaining campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads
  • Support keyword research, ad copywriting, audience configuration, and creative trafficking
  • Conduct rigorous QA on naming conventions, targeting, budgets, URLs, UTMs, and conversion events
  • Monitor pacing and identify anomalies for specialist review
  • Maintain creative libraries, asset trackers, and documentation
  • Support weekly dashboards and performance reporting
  • Coordinate with Creative, Enrollment, Analytics, and CRM teams
