  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or other creative tools
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, publish, and optimize content across social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Maintain and manage social content calendars and campaign timelines
  • Monitor social channels and support community engagement efforts
  • Partner with content, PR, digital, events, and design teams to support social promotion needs
  • Adapt marketing assets into engaging, social-first content
  • Write engaging social copy aligned to platform best practices
  • Track and report on social media performance metrics
  • Use data and insights to optimize content performance
  • Assist with employee advocacy and thought leadership promotion efforts
