- Basic proficiency in social analytics and reporting
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or other creative tools
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications or a related field
Responsibilities
- Schedule, publish, and optimize content across social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram
- Maintain and manage social content calendars and campaign timelines
- Monitor social channels and support community engagement efforts
- Partner with content, PR, digital, events, and design teams to support social promotion needs
- Adapt marketing assets into engaging, social-first content
- Write engaging social copy aligned to platform best practices
- Track and report on social media performance metrics
- Use data and insights to optimize content performance
- Assist with employee advocacy and thought leadership promotion efforts
