Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product management, platform product management, product operations, technical program leadership, or related leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading product teams and managing product managers in a technical product environment.
- Proven success defining and delivering platform roadmaps that balance customer value, technical scalability, reliability, and business priorities.
- Strong execution discipline, including experience coordinating cross-functional dependencies, development planning, delivery rhythms, and stakeholder alignment.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence engineering, design, research, leadership, and customer-facing teams.
- Has previously held a Senior Manager or Director-level role.
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and execution for the core platform, ensuring foundational capabilities support company goals, customer needs, and product growth.
- Define and maintain the core platform roadmap, balancing customer needs, technical priorities, scalability, reliability, and business value.
- Act as the product program lead for the core platform, coordinating cross-functional dependencies, delivery planning, execution rhythms, and alignment across teams.
- Drive cross-functional decision-making to prioritize platform enhancements, improve execution, and strengthen product quality.
- Manage and develop the Product Management team, setting priorities, operating rhythms, and accountability across the core product organization.
- Partner closely with Research, Product Strategy & Innovation, Engineering, Design, and Leadership to align platform investment with broader product and company strategy.
