Requirements
- 7–10+ years of successful B2B or EdTech sales experience.
- 3–5+ years leading teams in management or director-level roles.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding multimillion-dollar revenue goals.
- Deep knowledge of K–12 and Higher Education operations and procurement.
- Experience leading teams through complex sales cycles including RFPs and state contracts.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in consultative selling and executive communication.
- Willingness to travel for district visits, conferences, and meetings.
Responsibilities
- Establish and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies aligned with institutional revenue goals.
- Own multimillion-dollar annual sales and revenue targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and coach high-performing Sales Representatives.
- Identify funding opportunities and grants to create new pathways for growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Client Success teams.
- Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Maintain high Salesforce discipline and reporting consistency.
