Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of successful B2B or EdTech sales experience.
  • 3–5+ years leading teams in management or director-level roles.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding multimillion-dollar revenue goals.
  • Deep knowledge of K–12 and Higher Education operations and procurement.
  • Experience leading teams through complex sales cycles including RFPs and state contracts.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Skilled in consultative selling and executive communication.
  • Willingness to travel for district visits, conferences, and meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies aligned with institutional revenue goals.
  • Own multimillion-dollar annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach high-performing Sales Representatives.
  • Identify funding opportunities and grants to create new pathways for growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Client Success teams.
  • Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting processes.
  • Maintain high Salesforce discipline and reporting consistency.
