Requirements
- 10+ years of technology sales experience in Federal (Civilian or DOD) or working with government customers.
- Experience in identifying and creating opportunities to help customers modernize and transform their business.
- Experience evaluating RFx's through Govwin and government websites.
- Experience developing and executing account and pursuit plans with BD, Capture, Proposal, and Offer Management stakeholders.
- Solid experience with Salesforce.
- Excellent funnel, organizational and time management skills.
- Technical acumen in Networking, Managed Services, Professional Services, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, or AI.
Responsibilities
- Exceed measurable sales objectives and extend the Lumen brand as a MSP/MSSP on aligned Civilian accounts.
- Utilize outcome-based and consultative approaches with key customer stakeholders to address their complex business needs/challenges and legacy IT systems.
- Meet with key decision makers and C-level executives to present Lumen's value proposition.
- Collaborate with Lumen's systems engineers and architects to design and position compelling, innovative solutions.
- Build and execute against strategic and tactical account plans that produce results.
- Develop enduring customer connections.
