- Ownership mindset with a bias toward execution
- Familiarity with performance-based compensation models (CPC, CPL, CPA)
- Familiarity with SaaS/performance marketing
- Basic understanding of APIs and data integrations
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic service provider partnerships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key regional and national partners
- Monitor, analyze, and report on partner performance metrics
- Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports and business reviews
- Oversee partner buyflow operations, API integrations, and compliance
- Identify opportunities to optimize partner performance
- Drive revenue growth by improving monetization models and incentives
- Manage contract administration, amendments, and reconciliations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
