  • Proven experience in target cultivation, deal execution, and post-merger integration.
  • 8+ years of domain experience in diagnostics, medical devices, life sciences, or related technology sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills to synthesize market insights and identify business levers for success.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills to influence senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational environments.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by developing and executing strategies that combine organic expansion with strategically aligned acquisitions.
  • Conduct market analysis, segmentation, and financial evaluations to inform business decisions and identify high-value opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional diligence teams to evaluate acquisition targets, manage due diligence processes, and support deal execution.
  • Build and maintain a robust M&A pipeline, cultivating mid-, near-, and long-term target relationships to strengthen growth potential.
  • Translate complex technical and commercial data into clear, proprietary insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with corporate development teams to successfully structure, negotiate, and integrate deals.
