Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in life sciences commercial operations, analytics, or related pharma technology environments
- Background in solution architecture, data science, technical consulting, or sales engineering
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical commercial data ecosystems, including claims data, HCP engagement, omnichannel strategy, and CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce)
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience designing data architectures, integration patterns, and scalable analytics solutions
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior pharmaceutical and enterprise stakeholders
- Strong executive communication skills
- Experience creating technical documentation, frameworks, and client-facing solution materials
- Hands-on mindset with comfort operating across strategy, design, and technical execution layers
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic solution architecture for enterprise life sciences clients, translating complex commercial challenges into scalable data-to-insight solutions
- Own technical discovery, validation, and feasibility assessment
- Partner with sales and client teams to drive technical wins
- Develop and deliver high-impact technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and executive-level presentations
- Act as a trusted advisor to pharmaceutical commercial leaders
- Create architectural frameworks, data flow models, and best-practice materials
- Identify technical risks early and design mitigation strategies
- Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams
- Support knowledge transfer, education, and mentorship
