Requirements
- 10+ years of experience within the Life Sciences commercial ecosystem (SIP, SFE, Brand Launch).
- Deep understanding of health and Patient Longitudinal/Claims data, drug development lifecycle, and omnichannel strategy.
- Technical proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering, Data Science, or Technical Consulting.
- Expertise in creating architectural diagrams and data flow maps.
- Master’s degree in a technical field is preferred.
- Proven track record of supporting complex enterprise sales.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate technical ROI to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience using agentic workflows and AI automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop a master-level understanding of ODAIA’s product architecture, platform capabilities, and integrations.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to pharma commercial leaders to design scalable Data-to-Insight solutions.
- Lead technical discovery, validate data logic, and deliver high-impact technical demonstrations and POCs.
- Create architectural frameworks and best practice guides for strategic clients.
- Identify technical risks early and design proactive mitigation strategies.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from sale to value realization.
- Provide field-tested feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap.
