Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong experience developing and implementing market management strategies, growth initiatives, and partnership development plans.
  • Background working within workforce training, education services, trucking, logistics, heavy freight, or related industries is highly valued.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic partnerships across D2C, B2B, B2G, or B2E environments.
  • Exceptional networking, relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and public speaking abilities with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting performance goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace tools, and general business software applications.
  • Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail in fast-paced and evolving environments.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly as required for business development and partnership activities.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, adaptability, and commitment to delivering exceptional stakeholder experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth across assigned regions, programs, and workforce training initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with employers, community organizations, agencies, and key stakeholders to identify workforce training opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, discovery meetings, proposal creation, contract negotiations, and successful handoff to internal teams.
  • Grow and strengthen existing corporate accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and delivering value-based partnership solutions.
  • Collaborate with operations, compliance, and leadership teams to develop customized training proposals, pricing structures, and service agreements aligned with client needs.
  • Conduct strategic business reviews and partnership evaluations to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and adjust plans to maximize results.
  • Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and workforce demands to develop informed recommendations and support long-term business strategies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and performance metrics to support operational planning and revenue targets.
  • Present training programs, partnership opportunities, and new service offerings to executive stakeholders and prospective partners.
  • Foster collaborative relationships across internal departments while supporting regional and organizational growth initiatives.
