Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a strong focus on new business acquisition
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting, lead generation, discovery, demos, and closing deals
  • Experience running LinkedIn campaigns, email outreach, and structured outbound sales programs
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate complex customer needs into clear product value propositions
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management and follow-through discipline
  • Comfortable working independently in a lean, remote-first organization

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Identify target accounts, decision-makers, and develop tailored outreach strategies across multiple channels
  • Execute email, LinkedIn, and other outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, use cases, budgets, and buying processes
  • Deliver compelling product demos aligned with prospect research, planning, and data needs
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and contract closure
  • Collaborate on refining messaging, positioning, and sales materials for new markets
  • Maintain accurate CRM tracking of all activities, pipeline progress, and follow-ups
  • Support the development of scalable sales processes for new verticals and market expansion
