Requirements

- Solid understanding of agile frameworks (including SAFe), agile scaling ceremonies, and delivery governance practices.
- Experience working with flow and performance metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, CFD).
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination.
- Analytical mindset with focus on continuous improvement and structured problem-solving.
- Background in consulting or large-scale digital transformation environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee strategic portfolio execution, ensuring alignment between initiatives, product roadmaps, and organizational OKRs.
- Manage governance of timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery constraints in complex, multi-team environments.
- Facilitate executive reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Drive portfolio performance analysis using flow metrics such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and CFD.
- Implement continuous improvement cycles (PDCA) to enhance operational performance.
- Facilitate scaled agile ceremonies such as PI planning, discovery sessions, and delivery syncs.
- Assess agile maturity and define improvement roadmaps.
- Ensure adherence to defined methodologies, frameworks, and governance standards.
