Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in hands-on operations, solutions engineering, or technical account management
- Proven ability to map and analyze business processes and design automated solutions
- Hands-on experience with API integrations, webhooks, and SaaS platforms
- Experience configuring automation tools or CRMs
- Proficiency with AI productivity tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot
- Experience with automation platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n
- Strong project management skills
- Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), accounting (Xero), or HR/ATS platforms
- Understanding of OAuth, API authentication, and data security
- Background in change management or digital transformation
Responsibilities
- Run discovery sessions with clients to understand their operations and pain points
- Map business processes end-to-end and identify automation opportunities
- Configure and deploy AI managers, smart rules, goals, and automation triggers inside Alexia
- Manage API-based integrations between Alexia and platforms like HubSpot, Xero, and HR tools
- Build and refine AI agent prompts and workflows
- Test, validate, and troubleshoot configurations to ensure reliability
- Diagnose integration, API, and data sync issues
- Train client teams on Alexia and AI-assisted workflows
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
