Requirements
- Hands-on experience building with LLM tooling in production (Agents, RAG, prompt engineering, multi-step workflows).
- Proven experience building and deploying production agents using Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar.
- Experience in marketing systems, social media, and growth.
- Familiarity with sales pipelines and CRMs (Streak, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Experience in business operations and project management tooling (Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Google Workspace).
- Strong ability to communicate and explain technical architectures to founders.
- End-to-end ownership of at least one AI/automation system in a real business context.
- Ability to architect a system and ship the first version independently.
Responsibilities
- Design agentic systems across hospitality design, strategy, and marketing workflows.
- Build agents using Claude, ChatGPT, Make, n8n, Zapier, and Claude Agent SDK.
- Maintain integrations across stack (Gmail, Google Workspace, Streak, Xero, WhatsApp, WordPress, Meta/Google/LinkedIn Ads).
- Build AI-assisted content systems and brand voice infrastructure.
- Architect sales lead intake, qualification, and CRM rhythms in Streak.
- Design project workspace generation and cost planning workflows for hospitality delivery.
- Support bookkeeping with automation via Xero.
- Coach the team on system utilization and capability building.
