Requirements
- 0-3 years in social media operations, content creation, or the gaming industry.
- Professional fluency in English + Mandarin, English + Vietnamese, or Mandarin + Vietnamese.
- Deep understanding of short-video content planning.
- Strong awareness of SEA user preferences and local digital subcultures.
- Deep resonance with the values, aesthetics, and community spirit of Sky: Children of the Light.
- Proficiency in Tiktok, YouTube, Instagram, and Discord.
- Experience in video editing (CapCut/etc.) or original content production.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end management of localized TikTok accounts, from creative brainstorming and scriptwriting to posting and community interaction.
- Proactively identify and onboard high-potential creators to expand Sky’s creator family.
- Stay ahead of platform algorithms and viral mechanics to guide creators in producing high-quality, brand-aligned User-Generated Content (UGC).
- Analyze content performance and market trends to provide actionable insights, optimizing both creator engagement and content output.
- Work closely with Marketing and Localization teams to ensure all activities align with global branding and support localized campaign execution.
