Requirements
- Broad knowledge of ocean/air consolidation, small parcel, and LTL/Truckload.
- Knowledge of Intra-Europe trade border requirements.
- 5-10 years of experience in ecommerce and shipping.
- 2+ years of experience in cross-border shipments.
- Project Management experience.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage carrier performance tracking and improvement initiatives.
- Manage Carrier Analyst responsible for daily execution and capacity management.
- Identify service gaps and evaluate prospective carriers.
- Onboard new carriers and lanes including SOP development and rate negotiation.
- Identify bottlenecks in package flows to improve service levels.
- Act as SME for cross-border compliance and regulations.
- Own pick-up/drop-off master schedules.
- Partner with SFN team to identify facility requirements for expansion.
