Requirements
- 5+ years in a senior RevOps Systems individual contributor role.
- Experience at a B2B SaaS company or top-tier consultancy.
- Proven track record building and scaling RevOps systems from scratch.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Proficiency with modern GTM tools including Clay, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Clari, and LeanData.
- Deep understanding of data models and enrichment workflows.
- Experience with account scoring logic and automation architecture.
- Hands-on experimentation with AI automation.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Salesforce Admin Certification.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of RevOps systems.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and priorities across GTM teams.
- Turn ambiguous requests into actionable next steps.
- Perform quality control and UAT for system outputs.
- Maintain data quality, hygiene, and scoring logic across the GTM stack.
- Manage system access and permissions for all GTM tools.
- Evaluate vendors and tools, making recommendations on renewals or cuts.
- Partner with GTM leadership to ensure systems reflect company strategy.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Data and Finance teams.
- Lead RevOps system documentation and adoption strategy.
