Requirements

  • 5+ years in a senior RevOps Systems individual contributor role.
  • Experience at a B2B SaaS company or top-tier consultancy.
  • Proven track record building and scaling RevOps systems from scratch.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience.
  • Proficiency with modern GTM tools including Clay, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Clari, and LeanData.
  • Deep understanding of data models and enrichment workflows.
  • Experience with account scoring logic and automation architecture.
  • Hands-on experimentation with AI automation.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of RevOps systems.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and priorities across GTM teams.
  • Turn ambiguous requests into actionable next steps.
  • Perform quality control and UAT for system outputs.
  • Maintain data quality, hygiene, and scoring logic across the GTM stack.
  • Manage system access and permissions for all GTM tools.
  • Evaluate vendors and tools, making recommendations on renewals or cuts.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to ensure systems reflect company strategy.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Data and Finance teams.
  • Lead RevOps system documentation and adoption strategy.
