Requirements
- Professional services leadership background.
- Experience managing service delivery in enterprise IT (multi-million-dollar portfolio).
- Experience building and managing remote professional services teams.
- Experience with career growth planning, performance, and resource management.
- Exceptional communication skills (executive-level stakeholder management).
- Strong organizational and change management skills.
- Understanding of professional services business metrics in SaaS.
- Ability to build relationships internally and externally.
- Experience in API/Open Source space (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead the regional professional services team of Architects and Engineers.
- Drive adoption, consumption, customer satisfaction, and expansion.
- Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and partner agreements.
- Manage engagement lifecycles from scope analysis to delivery.
- Achieve key business metrics including PS Bookings, Team Utilization, and Revenue Growth.
- Resolve internal and customer escalations and project risks.
- Build and develop a high-performing, diverse team.
- Engage with Product, Engineering, and Sales to refine delivery models.
- Develop relationships with delivery partners.
