Requirements

- Deep understanding of statistical modelling and data analysis.
- Experience with machine learning techniques and their practical business applications.
- Proven ability to build statistical models and generate insights.
- Exceptional business storytelling and communication skills.
- Experience consulting with business units to define metrics and KPIs.
- Strategic mindset with ability to link analytics to business outcomes.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of client intelligence solutions and predictive models.
- Translate complex data sets into commercial insights for internal and client decision-making.
- Design and execute experiment design and A/B testing to optimize performance.
- Build analytical models to support productivity and revenue objectives.
- Create compelling data narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to the transformation of operating models through AI and data.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define metrics and robust measurement approaches.
