Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in high-performance environments (consulting, strategy, PM, finance).
- Proven experience implementing AI solutions with measurable business impact.
- Strong operator mindset for strategy execution.
- Demonstrated ability to build business cases and link to financial outcomes.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and organizational change.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and make independent high-stakes decisions.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, legal tech, or regulated industries (preferred).
- Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and LLMs (preferred).
- MBA or advanced degree (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize high-ROI AI use cases via workflow analysis.
- Develop and maintain a prioritized AI roadmap aligned with business outcomes.
- Design and execute rapid AI pilots (2–4 weeks) with clear KPIs.
- Drive implementation and production scaling of successful AI solutions.
- Evaluate tools and vendors for integration and consolidation.
- Establish adoption strategies, training programs, and usage targets.
- Partner with Legal and Security to define AI governance and data privacy frameworks.
- Define and evolve operating models for human-AI interaction.
