Requirements
- 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting system implementation efforts.
- Proficiency managing requirements utilizing Agility or JIRA.
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with senior level management and clients.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- 4-year degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or similar.
- VA or Federal financial management experience preferred.
- Experience working with CGI’s Momentum Financials.
- Experience working in an Agile environment (SAFe preferred).
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and receive a government clearance.
Responsibilities
- Support external customers with analyzing current business processes, developing business requirements, and documenting management processes.
- Provide Federal Financials subject matter expertise using Momentum Financials.
- Collaborate with customers to refine business processes and decompose requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories in a SAFe Agile environment.
- Conduct reviews of existing requirements and artifacts, working with customers to make updates.
- Map requirements to CGI Momentum Financials and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Assist in developing the Implementation Plan and Roadmap, identifying dependencies.
- Proactively identify and log program risks and perform Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs) for complex requirements.
