Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- Typically, 5+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree.
- Strong ability to work within a team environment.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to teach and mentor software engineers.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (Agile, Lean, or Kanban).
- Knowledge of Amazon Q/Kiro, Python, .NET, C#, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience in creating system workflows and documentation.
- Experience in Cloud development with Azure or AWS (plus).
Responsibilities
- Leads system requirements analysis and validation activities.
- Builds and maintains deep knowledge of business processes and platform capabilities.
- Establishes and improves processes for system planning and requirements definition.
- Partners with customers and stakeholders to define and present solutions.
- Provides system development effort and cost estimates.
- Produces and maintains initiative and platform system documentation.
- Works with engineering teams to develop user stories and delivery plans.
- Creates technical documentation for engineering and operations teams.
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues in existing systems.
- Provides work breakdowns and schedules for initiatives.
