Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager owning enterprise relationships for B2B software solutions.
- Humble and friendly personality with an open and honest communication style.
- Ability to analyze and investigate large data sets to drive ROI recommendations.
- Exceptional presentation skills for Director/VP/C-level stakeholders.
- Ability to learn business applications quickly with minimal training.
- Direct exposure to finance/accounting (e.g., Accounts Payable, T&E, Accounting).
- Direct exposure to finance tech (e.g., SAP Concur, Chrome River, NetSuite, Oracle).
Responsibilities
- Create a smooth transition from sales for new customers.
- Align with the customer’s executive sponsor during implementation.
- Oversee key milestones during implementation in partnership with Implementation Success Manager.
- Conduct cadence calls to monitor and assess program health post go-live.
- Project-manage the adoption of new and existing features.
- Analyze and communicate business value to customer executives via Business Reviews.
- Partner with sales to identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion.
