Requirements
- Native fluency in Arabic and business proficiency in English.
- BA or equivalent in translation, linguistics, content marketing, or communications.
- Proven experience in Arabic translation, localization, or LQA.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools in localization workflows (prompt design, AI output QA, post-editing).
- Proficiency with Translation Management Systems (TMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Experience in creative translation and transcreation for Arabic cultural contexts.
- Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Ability to conduct market research and provide UI/UX insights.
- Experience managing language service providers.
Responsibilities
- Lead language quality initiatives for Arabic including localization reviews and UX testing.
- Apply and refine LLM prompts and AI workflows for content quality and efficiency.
- Connect localization output to content performance and SEO signals.
- Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure fully localized experiences (e.g., RTL behavior).
- Lead end-to-end Arabic localization projects.
- Advocate for Arabic-speaking users by synthesizing feedback for UI/UX improvements.
- Manage language service providers and freelancers to uphold quality standards.
- Maintain Arabic translation assets like style guides and glossaries.
- Provide insights on Arabic market potential to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure content aligns with global brand guidelines and resonates locally.
